Event Details

The key to a restaurant’s success is not just about the food and beverages presented, but how welcoming and knowledgeable the staff is. In this class we will focus on techniques that educate managers on how to train, motivate, and inspire their team.  A restaurant that invests in on-going training for management and staff has proven to increase sales, year over year, and manage cost more effectively. This class is for established restaurants. Presented by the SF SBDC. $35 registration fee.
