Does the prospect of needing to measure the outcomes of your learning programs cause you high anxiety?

It doesn’t need to be that way, and noted measurement expert Greg Brisendine will both reassure you and give you practical tips on how to produce first-class, valid evaluation results.

Evaluation research comes down to asking – and answering – one simple question: How well does it do what it’s supposed to do?

The “it” could be anything that needs to be, though of course the program will focus on workplace learning. The point is that all of us measure all sorts of things all of the time without much difficulty or trepidation. Greg Brisendine will show you, in his patented engaging style, how to take what you already know about measuring “stuff” and apply it to your work

About the Presenter:

Greg Brisendine is a much-in-demand Measurement Consultant and speaker who’s been helping companies figure out what and how to measure stuff for about 20 years. He was recently the Director for Measurement & Business Impact for Intrepid Learning Solutions and before that worked in telecommunications, human services, hospitality, event production, non-profit education, and in a public utility. Across this myriad of industries, Greg has learned that we’re all more alike than we are different
