"Appreciate the past, EMBRACE the future!" The Greater Poplar Bluff Area Chamber of Commerce is embracing progress in 2012 with their 74th Annual Banquet and Meeting on Saturday, January 28, 2012 at the Black River Coliseum. Social Hour will begin at 6:00 PM (Bar sponsored by Budweiser, Bluff City Beer and Kohlfield Distributing) and dinner will be served at 7:00 PM.
Agenda will include: Introduction of the 2012 Board Directors (Dr. Ben Adkins, Kenny Moore, Dr. Eric Blaich, Steve Hick and Greg Carda), Appreciation for the outgoing Board of Directors (Bob Summers, Mike Burcham, Brian Taylor and John Shock), Remarks by the Chairman of the Board, Announcement of the Ambassador and Citizen of the Year.
After the presentations there will be dancing, music, karaoke, networking and socializing. Your invitation will be mailed out after the holidays, please take the time to fill them out and return them to the Chamber office with your payment for the number of guest that will be attending. This is the “don’t miss” event of 2012 and we look forward to seeing all of you on January 28th for food, fun and information!
