Event Details

A one off unique practical day of learning tools and techniques taught in the iNetwork Lean programme associated with Implementing Business Improvement.

The practical application will take the form of a simulated process that is designed to fail and your challenge as a project team will be to redesign, measure trial and implement it within 1 day!

 

This Skills and Knowledge day will equip you with: 

·         Knowledge how to produce a flow process analysis

·         Knowledge in how to measure and monitor business improvement through applying small incremental changes

·         Knowledge and skills to be able to produce a process map

·         Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques

·         Knowledge of the principles and techniques of workplace organisation (5s)

·         Knowledge and skills to be able to use visual indicators to improve the work environment

·         Knowledge of problem solving techniques

·         Knowledge of advantages of team working

·         Knowledge of the importance of Data
