Associate Professor, Department of Family/Community Medicine, University of California, San Francisco

A leading health policy researcher and practicing primary care physician, Dr. Rittenhouse has been at the vanguard of delivery model reform and research efforts. She is a nationally-recognized commentator and author of key works addressing the development and adoption of the PCMH model by practices through the country.

Dr. Phenow is a medical executive and board-certified family medicine physician with proven experience in quality improvement initiatives, disease management programs and value-driven alternative delivery models and payment mechanisms.
