Could you use a dose of hope when it comes to environmental, economic, and political conditions? In this workshop we will explore the realities that are before us and look deep within our beings to come to a centered place from which we can initiate meaningful action. Based on the work of Joanna Macy, Bob Bruce will lead us in an experiential workshop on the 'Great Turning' away from the industrial growth society toward a sustainable world. Gracia will bring centering movement to our day. No yoga experience is necessary.  Poses can be adapted for those who are more comfortable remaining in a chair. Please bring a bag lunch.
