Intellectual Property Activities DONE RIGHT and GONE WRONG

Perhaps there really was a time when all that creatives were responsible for was coming up with the clever concept or image, getting the client’s approval, and staying sober enough to remain upright during the meeting.

The truth, of course, is that there are far more issues to contend with, and while many of us are aware of protecting our rights to our work, how well versed are we when it comes to also protecting the rights of our clients?
