  2. Check the AFIP calendar for available dates.
  3. Sign up for the orientation using the online form.
  4. Read the details provided in the email you receive after you sign up.

What to Expect

The orientations are hosted by AFIP Executive Director and program creator David Robertson. It will take about one hour and all employees who have duties under the rule should attend. Your purchase comes with one orientation call, meaning all your employees should attend the same call from a single phone line on speaker phone. You can purchase additional orientations or phone lines by calling 817.428.2434.

There are a few other things you should know about our orientations.

  • Affected employees may only attend one session on one phone line as part of your purchase. If you need a second orientation or phone line, call 817.428.2434 to purchase one for a nominal fee.
  • All orientations are open to all qualified individuals across the U.S. Attendees are encouraged to refrain from discussing confidential information about their dealerships.
  • The orientations on the calendar are the only dates and times available. The sessions may be closed for non-attendance as early as 48 hours previous to the scheduled session date. Times and dates are subject to change at any time without notice (if you’re already scheduled for a review that must be cancelled, you will be contacted via email).

You will receive dial-in instructions for the call via email.
