 Café Americain invites you this New Year’s Eve for a Signature Dinner featuring a four course prix fixe menu. The dinner will be personally prepared by Executive Chef Natalya Wahba, featuring local, 100% sustainable, eco-friendly products including organic produce, California White Sturgeon, and local Sterling Caviar. Natalya will take this opportunity to share her passion for caviar, and she will be highlighting Sterling Caviar throughout the dinner.  

 

 

For each Couple, a bottle of Montaudon Champagne ($95 value)  is included , as well as complimentary tickets to the "Roaring 20's" ($70 value) New Year's Eve celebration downstairs, at Crescent Club Speakeasy.

 

 

 

 New Years Eve 2011 Four Course Prix Fixe Menu ____________________________________________________________

 

 

Arrival:

Bottle of Montaudon Champagne (per couple)

 served with Chef’s Amuse Bouche.

 

First Course:

"Caviar Prince" Blinis with Crème Fraiche topped with Sterling Royal Black Caviar.

 

 

Second Course:

Signature Seafood Pouches with organic wild mushrooms, carrots & veggies.

 

  

Third Course:

Atlantic Wild Diver Sea Scallops Seared with Sun-Dried Awasi & Black Bean Sauce and served with organic 100% gluten-free quinoa, seasonal organic veggies, and organic baby mushrooms in a Champagne Truffle sauce.

Or

Twelve ounce grilled New York Steak, infused with Vodka and crushed peppercorns, served with mashed organic baby Purple Potatoes, and organic baby mushrooms in a Champagne Truffle sauce.

Organic Raw Chocolate Lava cake
