Acrobat Collaboration Techniques 

 

Adobe offers many ways for you to collaborate — either with other designers or with your clients. Adobe Acrobat Pro has the ability to do shared reviews with clients by preparing PDF files for Comment and Markup. You have the ability to Share your Screen directly from any of the Creative Suite applications (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), using www.acrobat.com. Now, as part of the latest CS Live features in Adobe Creative Suite 5, there is a new service called CS Review. Join us in this session to learn the differences between each of these collaboration techniques and discover the best way for you to collaborate with others. In this training program you'll learn to:

 

• Review the pros and cons of each collaboration technique

• Save a PDF for Comment and Markup

• Set up your Adobe Connect Room on www.acrobat.com

• Use the Share your Screen feature when collaborating

• Create a CS Review in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

The Presenter

April Clark, owner of Nuance Consulting LLC, is a consultant and trainer for web and print publishing professionals. April is an Adobe Certified Expert, an Adobe Certified Instructor, an Adobe Community Expert, and co-founder of the Cleveland InDesign User Group. April specializes in helping graphic designers take advantage of the entire Adobe Creative Suite. She has taught classes at the Cleveland Institute of Art, Cleveland State University and Cuyahoga Community College.
