de Cuisine Association of California, Los Angeles Chapter 2006 Educational Seminar / Dinner Series American Culinary Federation Approved Seminar / Dinner - ACF Competition Show Platters!!! with Garde Manger Specialist Martin Gilligan All ACF / CCAC Membership, IFSEA Members, and Guests are invited! The nights will be lively, inexpensive, and includes many tasters. First in a series of five workshops (5/22,6/26,7/24,8/21,9/25) that will allow the student/professional to devise a platter, continually improve it for review with Chef Martin until it is ready for the ACFLA competition at the Gas Company in Downey on October 16, Five workshops just $50pp!
