This training combines the Virginia Basic Mediation Training and the Juvenile and Domestic Relations (Family) training in one week. It includes the basic principles of negotiation and conflict resolution, the mediation process, communication skills and issues faced by mediators as well as separation issues such as custody, visitation and child support. Training incorporates role plays and practice activities applicable to real life situation and both General District Court as well as JDR Court level cases.
Cost: $800 (manual included, lunches on your own)
