Course Structure

I run a very interactive and fun class in which my role is as much of a guide as it is a trainer. By allowing the attendees to experience Scrum in a fun yet structured way, participants will pull out the most important learning points to them and my feedback shows that the learning from this class sticks with the participants longer.

Attendees to this class will learn:

• What Scrum is and where it comes from
• When Scrum is applicable and when it is not
• How to plan a Scrum project
• How to execute a Scrum project
• How to track progress in a Scrum project
• How to review a Scrum project
• What the roles and responsibilities are in a Scrum team

About Me

Geoff Watts is the longest serving UK-based Certified Scrum Trainer and was also the first Certified Scrum Coach in the UK. Geoff has a wealth of experience and stories to share as well as a firm belief in learning while having fun and the feedback from class attendees is that not only do people enjoy the classes but that they also learn more.

Who Should Attend?

Anyone interested in starting a Scrum project or wishing to improve their current Scrum implementation. Naturally intended for those taking on the ScrumMaster role, it is equally useful for any Scrum team member.

Upon successful completion of this course attendees will be registered as Certified ScrumMasters with the Scrum Alliance. This registration will last for two years.
