Fraudulent activity has become increasingly widespread and costly. The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners estimate fraud cost U.S. organizations about $994 billion annually, or about 7% of gross revenues. The National White-Collar Crime Center estimates the costs of corporate fraud and white-collar crime to be $1 trillion annually. There are ways to protect yourself and your business interest.
