What Is It?

Springhouse’s iLearn+ initiative is an exciting, convenient program that any business or customer can use to get quality, yet time-manageable, training on the latest Microsoft Office products. Using a combination of video conferencing, presentation applications, and personalized, custom mentoring, the iLearn+ package will give instruction on all of the Office 2010 Suite applications, with each session being only 1 hour in length. This is the perfect time allotment for any busy professional who can only take an hour or so out of their day for training, yet it offers enough time to delve into some very helpful tips and tricks about each application. In addition, the second phase of the iLearn+ package includes one or more hour-long, 1-on-1 mentoring sessions, that allow the customer to have complete access to the trainer for any individual need. Whether it is helping to develop a project for a team, writing a report, or just simply ad-hoc trouble shooting, Springhouse trainers will work with the client on an individual level to offer complete custom problem solving. The iLearn+ platform is perfect for anyone that is looking for an insight into Microsoft programs, and Springhouse is the place to get it.

What Will I Learn?

When a client signs up for an iLearn+ session, they will be initially placed in the general topic session of their choosing based on the available Office Suite Programs. That hour will be focused on broad topics of each program, and is designed to introduce the basic, everyday use of the application, while also offering insight and some efficient tips and tricks that can be utilized. Once the session is completed (or when they have first signed up), customers will have the opportunity to schedule appointments for the 1-on-1 mentoring sessions, designed to assist in individual problems, or just delve deeper into the program itself. If there is no specific request from the customer regarding content, then topics can be chosen from the trainer’s itinerary to fill the hour.
