The Legislative Action Committee presents former State Senator and Prince George's Councilman David Harrington to speak on the State and County's Legislative processes and protocols.  He will educate on the route legislation takes from introduction to adoption and where the most effective point of engagement is for advocacy.  He will share information on the Do's and Don'ts along the path of advocacy whether proposing, supporting, or opposing legislation.
