Event Details

Kimchi plays a role in everything from eggs and soup to pancakes and noodle dishes in Korean cuisine. Spend an afternoon preparing your first kimchi, and you'll probably find as many uses for it as Korean cooks do. Your first kimchi can be ready in as few as 10 days, though the longer it ferments, the more complex and tasty it becomes. Bring an apron, an appetite, and a glass jar.
