Event Details
Zingerman’s has grown from a delicatessen with two partners and two employees to a community of seven businesses with 15 partners and over 500 employees, with staff turnover of about 45%--much lower than the industry average of 100%+.  
 
Maggie Bayless, founder and co-managing partner of ZingTrain ( Zingerman’s training and consulting business), joins ASTD to share Zingerman’s approach to welcoming and engaging new hires into the organizational culture.   Maggie will bring examples of specific tools and techniques that Zingerman’s uses, and there will be plenty of time for Q&A.
