Event Details

Have you sometimes felt frustrated and not been able to ask for or say what you want?

Do you go along with things because it's just easier than saying no?

Would you like to improve your communication skills so you can ask for what you want and say no to the things you don't want to do? Do you want to be able to say no to the sex you don't want and ask for the things you do?

This two day course uses assertiveness skills to help you learn to communicate with the people in your life clearly and more confidently, about all areas of your life, your sex life included.

This course is for gay and bisexual men in England only.

The course takes place over two consecutive Saturdays, starting at 10.30am and finishing before 5.30pm on both days.

All places on this course are free of charge to you.

BSL interpreters are available by prior arrangement.
