What are the legal, financial, emotional, physical and health related issues that may be present? What should a professional look for and do to help the client navigate this difficult transition? Come hear our experts discuss the issues and give practical insight into helping the client identify and resolve their many needs during and after the divorce. Speakers: Harriet Holzman Onello, Esq. - Atty. Onello maintains her office in Lexington and concentrates her practice on cases involving Family Law, Estate Planning, Elder Law and other probate matters. She has a certificate in Dispute Resolution and has been appointed by the Court to act as a Guardian ad Litem in custody and estate matters. Atty. Onello is a founding member and past president of the MA. Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She is a former board member of the MA. Council of Family Mediation and The Divorce Center. Emily B. Saltz, MSW, LICSW - Emily Saltz is the founder and Director of Elder Resources, a private practice providing a full range of geriatric care management services for elderly patients and their families. She has a Masters degree in social work and is past president of the NE Chapter of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. Ms. Saltz has written extensively on elder issues and has led numerous seminars for social workers, attorneys and consumers.
