we work to support our team, we have weighed the impact any further
delay on coming to this decision would have on our vendors. It is our
truest hope that this correspondence will provide sufficient notice for
our vendor partners to rectify plans that may be in place in
preparation for this event.
Additionally, this decision was
made after reviewing the number of visitors coming into the City for
the event that would be incurring costs and losses if we delayed this
decision any longer.
Public support and interest in this event
have been extremely high and we look forward to rescheduling this event
as soon as possible. We want to thank the incredible members of the
event industry here in Washington, DC for their outpouring of support
and encouragement on this venture.
All those who have
purchased tickets/exhibit space for the event via the show website will
automatically receive a refund. Donors will be contacted individually.
