UK Constitutional Law Group - Membership

The Group is self-financing and relies on subscriptions, conference fees and, recently, sponsorship of events from Clifford Chance, solicitors, to fund its activities and its annual subscription to the IACL. Members include academics, practitioners and judges.

Activities
The Group’s main activities are its late afternoon seminars, normally held in the UCL Faculty of Laws, and an occasional conference. These events are open to group members, legal academics, post graduate students, practitioners and judges.

Membership of the Constitutional Law Group
Membership is open to lawyers, whether judges, practitioners, academics or law students. We have a number of non-lawyer members.

The membership fee is £15 p.a., payable in January or soon thereafter to UCL by cheque or by credit card through this site. Members receive notification of our seminars and conferences and a regular bulletin from the chair, plus forwarded information from the International Association of Constitutional Law, for instance about it World Congress (next one due in 1010), its research groups, and Round Tables.
