TRAINING DESCRIPTION:

This training is designed for supervisors and site directors who are responsible for creating and submitting workscopes to DYCD by March 30, 2012. The session will help supervisors and site directors complete and submit their workscopes successfully to DYCD for summer 2012. Individuals must know how to use a computer to attend this training

 

This training will:

  • Review what makes a quality summer program.
  • Educate staff with the rationale for and contents of the workscope.
  • Offer hands-on training on how to create a workscope.
  • Instruct staff on how to create activities in the workscope.
  • Demonstrate how to submit a workscope to DYCD.

Things to Bring to the Training:

(1) Your User Name & Password to login into DYCD OST Online  

(2) A hard copy of your FY2010 Workscope
