One of the key challenges management faces -– particularly, though not exclusively in times of economic crisis -- is how to get the most out of limited staff resources. Many companies are freezing hiring, limiting pay raises and even laying off. What steps can HR and managers take to help their organizations survive a business crisis AND thrive during it? This program will look at a wide variety of tools available to management, including employee development; performance management; and targeted compensation and benefits that deliver the maximum impact to workers.
