Register Tables/Literature for the Conference!

The conference will gather hundreds of college students from across the nation the day before the annual March for Life to listen to leading voices in the pro-life movement, participate in workshops, and meet other pro-life students. As the conference continues to grow, the organizing committee faces the challenge of accommodating large numbers of attendees while maintaing a registration fee that is affordable to students. This year, we will be hosting exhibitors, as well as distributing registration packets. We would like to invite you to consider taking advantage of one or both of these methods of communicating with the next generation of the pro-life movement. This not only goes towards a good cause, but it is a fantastic way to demonstrate your presence at the Conference and to communicate with some of the brightest pro-life student leaders in the country. 

Tabling

The cost of an exhibit table is $130.00 (includes two chairs) and set-up time is at 8:00am-9:30am on January 22, 2012.

Inclusion of Literature in the Conference Packet

The cost of including one 8.5" x 11" sheet in the conference packet is $75. For sheets smaller than 8.5" x 11", the cost is $50/sheet. If you wish to include magazines or newsletters, the cost is $100/piece. Based on attendance at previous conferences, we will prepare 700 registration packets. In the case that there are extra, rest assured that they will be distributed to pro-life students at Georgetown and at the March for Life. The deadline for receiving literature is January 15, 2012.
