TICKETS INCLUDE A 3 COURSE MEAL:

ENTRÉE

·        Antipasto plate including a selection of cured meats including Prosciutto, Salami, Cappicola with fresh vegetables, roasted eggplant, zucchini and marinated mushrooms topped with a lime dressing

·        Smoked salmon with crème fraiche and chives on a toasted brioche with a beetroot puree

MAIN

·        Marinated Black Angus Sirloin with a roasted garlic mash and green beans served with a port wine jus

·        Herb crusted chicken stuffed with fetta cheese and green olives on a bed of rice pilaff with a red wine jus

·        Crispy skin Barramundi with saffron fondant potatoes, asparagus and a basil cream sauce.

·        Grilled Mediterranean vegie stack of zucchini, eggplant, beetroot, tomato and asparagus with pomodoros sauce.

DESSERT

·        Vanilla bean panna cotta with a fresh berry coulis

·        Lemon lime tart with a lemon sorbet
