Foreign policy and defense arguably are the President’s most weighty responsibilities. The Obama Administration has left its mark on both, but, sadly, not for the better. Republicans Abroad is pleased to convene a panel of foreign and defense policy experts to address how to undo the damage and what the priorities will be over the next four years. Our experts, first, will specify the main challenges in foreign policy and defense which they believe will confront the next President of the United States. Second, we will ask what approaches they think the United States and our allies should take in response. And, finally, our panel will be invited to distinguish between Republican and Democrat approaches to foreign policy and defense and to give us their preview of what changes we can expect after the American people elect a Republican President in 2012.
