Please join the Utah Valley Entrepreneurial Forum for a special fall social in honor and recognition of our induction of The Eyring Research Institute into our Hall of Fame.
The Eyring Research Institute was founded in by Carlyle Harmon with Dr. Ronald G. Hansen as President. The Institute did consulting work in various areas of contract research in cooperation with BYU. ERI spawned many high-tech spin-offs, including WordPerfect, Novell, and Dynix in computers and some in the military and communication areas that have all benefited the world in addition to spurring a whirlwind of innovation and entrepreneurial activity in Utah Valley.
Dr. Ronald G. Hansen will attend to receive the Hall of Fame award on behalf of The Eyring Research Institute, with an introduction by Richard McDermott, the former VP of Finance for Eyring.
Please join us in this remarkable reach into Utah's entrepreneurial history and one of the keystones of Utah's technology boom.
This event is a semi-formal event for members and their guests. Members are invited to bring one guest (a spouse or significant-other, as part of their regular membership benefits). Non-members are invited to attend at a special event rate of $100 per couple.
