For this dinner we hope to showcase ingredients that often ignored, thrown away, or given "ewwww" response. At this dinner we are going to attempt to change your minds and show that these ingredients are indeed offal-y delicious. As usual, the dinner is BYOB and the location will be sent to those attending a week before the date of the dinner. We hope to see you there.
