This workshop leads to Scrum Product Owner certificationthrough the Scrum Alliance, and is worth 14 PDUs through the Project Management Institute (PMI) for Project Managers working on maintaining their PMP credential.

Course Description:

As a Scrum Product Owner, you are on a first-name basis with your users, have mapped their requirements thoroughly, and know that map like the back of your hand. You know the risk and business value in each user story, and are able to effortlessly assemble a backlog the team can implement. You are always available to the team, and constantly meeting with your users, customers, sponsors, and other stakeholders. No problem!

This two-day experiential workshop will equip you with tools to tackle the formidable but rewarding role of Product Owner. You’ll gain real practice in class through hands-on exercises, project simulations and live demonstrations. Our goal is that you leave class with a sense that you’ve not only grasped the concepts, but that you’ve now “done” it.
