Participants in this course will be Red Cross employees and volunteers who are currently serving, or who are interested in serving, in the FSI activity. Others who may benefit from taking this course include those in Operations Management and those who may require an understanding of the operational procedures and tasks associated with Financial and Statistical Information Management.
