This workshop focuses on the benefits and techniques of employer focused Workers' Compensation cost containment programs. · When to engage a nurse case manager
· How to develop and implement an effective transitional return-to-work program · How to handle and manage late reported injuries · Damage control techniques · Establishing responsibility and accountability for cost containment programs
