Speakers

Richard Novitch, Esq., Framingham, MA.

Attorney Novitch is a family law attorney with Lander and Lander, P. C.  He is a former law clerk in the Probate and Family and Superior Courts and a former staff attorney with the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.  He has been named a Rising Star Super Lawyer for the past three years, and has lectured on family law topics for MCLE.

Paul M. Blatchford, M.Ed., Brookline, MA.

Mr. Blatchford has a Masters degree in educational counseling from Suffolk University and has worked as a vocational consultant for the past thirty years.  He has been qualified as a vocational expert in numerous Courts in Massachusetts including Probate and Family Court, Superior Court, US District Court and the Department of Industrial Accidents.  He is certified in the administration  of adult psychological testing and aptitudinal and dexterity testing which is incorporated into his vocational assessments.

Peter Cohen, Ed.D., Wellesley, MA.

Dr. Cohen holds a doctorate in counseling psychology from Duke University and has been a vocational expert for more than thirty years.  He was employed for twenty-five years with the US Department of Labor as a Regional Vocational Counseling/Assessment Specialist and is currently an adjunct professor in the graduate psychology department of UMass-Boston.  He has been qualified as a vocational expert in many Courts in Massachusetts including Probate and Family Court, Superior Court, US District Court, the Department of Industrial Accidents, and the Four Courts of Dublin, Ireland.
