FREE LEGAL COUNSELING CLINIC for SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS
“Legal Advice for Main Street Business”
BiGAUSTIN cordially invites you to participate in a legal clinic that provides one-on-one guidance and assistance to entrepreneurs with questions regarding legal issues pertaining to their business. On Tuesday, October 18th between 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm, BiGAUSTIN in partnership with Texas RioGrande Legal Aid will host a free legal clinic for micro entrepreneurs.
Volunteer attorneys can provide information and legal guidance regarding entity formation, employment, general liability, negotiation options and more that will help your business grow. Attendees can expect to spend 20-30 minutes receiving advice from an attorney.
For this clinic you will need to:
· Bring all relevant documents
· Sign in between 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
· Complete a participant Intake Form
· Be prepared to give a short overview of your problem. Each attorney can spend 20-30 minutes with each entrepreneur.
