Join Edible Brooklyn at the Brooklyn Brewery for a night of cheesy discussions including a lecture about the cheese aging process, perfecting the cheese plate and a butter churning demonstration from Organic Valley.  

Wednesday October 26th at the Brooklyn Brewery

Featured Participants:
Anne Saxelby of Saxelby Cheese will present a workshop on Affinage (samples of cheese during different stages of the aging process will be available courtesy of Jasper Hill Farm)
Mary Jo Romano of Organic Valley will present a workshop on DIY butter making (samples of the butter and Organic Valley NY FRESH Milk will be available)
Tia Keenan will present a workshop on making awesome cheese plates and exploring flavors through cheese and condiment pairings (samples will be provided by Lucy's Whey)
