The Basics: Knife Skills and Beyond

Intimidated by the kitchen? Can’t tell a fish knife from a paring knife? This three hour hands on course is for you!! We’ll go over the basic knife skills, learn how to make a proper stock and pan sauce. In addition, you will learn about the ‘mother’ sauces of French Cuisine and cook dinner using classic techniques.

All participants will receive an insulated grocery tote made of durable, Eco Friendly 80 GSM Polypropylene Exterior with Thermal Food Safe Foil Interior, and a customized recipe folder from the Studio of Good Living.
