Minnesota Plans for the Future

On behalf of the Minnesota Department of Education, Department of Human Services, the Governor's Early Learning Council, United Way, TIES and the Minnesota Initiative Foundations, we re pleased to present the opportunity to learn about Minnesota's plans to compete for this Race to the Top Early Learning Challenge.

Your introduction to the Challenge will include:

• An overview of the Federal Guidelines for the Early Learning Challenge
• Highlights of emerging plans for Minnesota
• Comments from: Barb Yates, Executive Director for Resources for Child Caring and Chair of the new Minnesota Early Learning Council, and Karen Cadigan, Office of Early Learning
• A change to ask questions and share your thoughts
• Information about how you can give additional input and support to the proposal

The live web meeting and the Southwest regional meeting will be held on Friday, September 9 from 9:30-12:30.  Check in starts at 9:00am. 

Live onsite at TIES, 1667 North Snelling Ave, St Paul

Streamed via web to six meeting sites throughout Greater Minnesota.
