ISD - The Convention

International Swingers Day (ISD) is a celebration for swingers worldwide.  The purpose of ISD is to honor the growing sexual revolution among the swinging community while addressing the needs of the industry via a Lifestyle convention.

The ISD convention is set for August 8 – 12, 2012. In tandem with these dates, swinger clubs across the world will post their own events to revel in the occasion. In 2011, there were over 250 ISD events hosted locally by swinger groups and clubs.

The convention is composed of daily exhibitions and seminars designed to bring industry leaders and participants together with the goal of promoting the Lifestyle in a positive manner. After hours, attendees get ready to party in a luxurious, swinger resort with games, nightly themed events, performers, group excursions, playrooms and much more.

ISD - The Convention

Caribe Resort
The convention will be held at the beautiful Caliente Caribe resort. A four night minimum is required to stay on the resort property. 

The convention and resort package includes an all-inclusive resort stay for either a five days & four nights (August 8th - 12th) or six days & five nights (August 7th - 12th)*, unlimited food & beverage, taxes & gratuities, convention day fees, shuttle from off-site hotel to Caribe resort property, all resort games/ activities, live entertainment and nightly themed events. Full convention package rates are per person and are based on double occupancy.

Along the sea cliff there are two buildings (Bldg. 1 - Closest to clubhouse & Bldg. 2 - Ocean side), which contain our Sea cliff accommodations; the West view and the North view. There are 42 Sea cliff standard hotel rooms, 12 Studio and six one bedroom apartments. The apartment wing is at the north end of each building and includes the Studio Apartments, end units, interior units and the One-Bedroom Apartments.

All Sea Cliff standard rooms feature a large 619 sq. ft. floor plan with two queen size or one king size bed, two upholstered chairs, end table, dresser, refrigerator tile bath with shower and patio or balcony.

Sea Cliff Deluxe Studios feature large 750 sq. sf. floor plans; each with two queen size or one king size bed, sitting area, dining area, Kitchen areas have a refrigerator, coffee makers, cabinets, sink and table setting. There are no cooking facility in any accommodation. All have tile bath with shower and patio or balcony.

There no cooking facility in any accommodation..  Separate bedroom with two queen size or one king size bed, tile bath with shower and patio or balcony.

There no cooking facility in any accommodation.  All Villas have a separate bedroom with two queen size or one king size bed and tile bath with shower.

Private deluxe villas with 812 sq. ft. floor plan.  One bedroom villas feature a living room with sofa, two chairs, coffee table, dining area. Kitchen areas have a refrigerator, coffee makers, cabinets, sink and table setting. There no cooking facility in any accommodation.  All Villas have a separate bedroom with two queen size or one king size bed and tile bath with shower.

These limited two bedroom villas feature a living room with sofa, two chairs, coffee table, dining area and full kitchen.  Kitchen areas have a refrigerator, coffee makers, cabinets, sink and table setting. There no cooking facility in any accommodation.  All two bedroom Villas have a separate bedrooms with queen size beds and tile bath with shower.

  La Catalina Resort

We are also offering a convenient convention package at the beautiful La Catalina mountain resort which is just five minutes away from the main convention resort and overlooks the ocean. This  all-inclusive convention package includes the off-premises resort stay, food & beverage, shuttle from hotel to Caribe resort property, all resort games/ activities, live entertainment and nightly themed events.  Full convention package is based on double occupancy and rates outlined below are per couple.

There are 36 rooms & apartments, each with its own unique ocean view from balcony or patio.  Resort has wireless internet in the common areas, two swimming pools, tennis court and gift shop. Some of the rooms are without AC, but do have ceiling or floor fans. Hotel La Catalina offers a unique and spectacular setting perched on a mountain side with a beautiful ocean view. With its perfect location in the hilltops overlooking the ocean you get nice ocean breeze coming through your room.  All prices listed below are per couple, double occupancy.

4 Days/3 Nights $1,299*  (Standard rate $1,799 non-AC rm/ $1,859 AC rm)

Standard convention rates may be paid in one lump sum or divided into four payments as follows:

Initial deposit of $500 is due at time of booking, 50% of invoiced rate is due by or before February 15, 2012; 75% of invoiced rate is due by or before April 15, 2012 and final payment is due on or before June 15, 2012.
