Join us in downtown Sanford February 10-12, 2012 as we celebrate short films! Films from each genre will be shown and the audience will get the chance to vote for their favorites. Winners will be announced at each film block and awarded the "Monroe" - an original piece of metal artwork. The winner from each block will go head to head in the final round as our panel of judges will decide who takes home the top prize as the “Best of Love Your Shorts Film Festival!”
Tickets are sold per film block and are $8, except for "E" for Everyone, which is $2 per ticket. You can also pruchase a Weekend Pass for $58. This pass gets you in to all film blocks and lets you see all 9 blocks for the price of 8, saving you $8.

OPENING NIGHT: Friday, Feb 10th 7pm: A mix of genres to get things going
"E" FOR EVERYONE: Sat, Feb 11th 10am: Family friendly films and budget friendly ticket prices
DOCUMENTARY: Saturday, Feb 11th Noon: Any short documentary
DRAMA: Saturday, February 11th 2pm: Any live-action short that is not specifically comedy, science-fiction, or horror
FILMMAKERS PANEL: Sat, Feb 11th 4pm (FREE): moderated panel in which movie techniques and filmmaker triumphs and tribulations are discussed
COMEDY: Saturday, February 11th 7pm: Any live-action comedy short
SCI-FI / HORROR: Saturday, Feb 11th 9pm: Live-action science-fiction, horror, and fantasy shorts
ANIMATION: Sunday, February 12th 1pm: Any and all forms of animation
FLORIDA FLAVOR: Sunday, Feb 12th 3pm: Any genre film either made primarily in Florida, or made anywhere by filmmakers that are residents of Florida during the film’s production
BEST OF THE FEST: Sun, Feb 12th 7pm: Winners from each block will be shown and the Best of the Festival award will be given as decided by our panel of judges
WARNING: All film blocks, except "E" for Everyone, may contain adult content and may not be suitable for children; viewer discretion is advised.
