Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese moving practice. Chi means vital life energy, or breath, and gong means practice. It promotes harmony and vitality, and can reduce stress. Practicing Qi Gong helps you make the best of what you have, in terms of your health and well-being. It also simply feels wonderful to do.
In this 1pm session, the teacher focuses the gentle, rhythmic movements on the basics of feeling the chi energy.
This class is taught by Qi Gong practitioner Laura Bresler in association with Quan Yin Healing Arts Center
Please wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes.
