Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese moving practice. Chi means vital life energy, or breath, and gong means practice. It promotes harmony and vitality, and can reduce stress. Practicing Qi Gong helps you make the best of what you have, in terms of your health and well-being. It feels wonderful to do.

In this noon session, we are beginning to study the wuji gong form, a series of movements designed to build energy, and encourage your awareness of the energy in your body and in nature.

This class is taught by Qi Gong practitioner Laura Bresler in association with Quan Yin Healing Arts Center.

If you are exploring Qi Gong for the first time, it is ideal to attend our of our 1pm sessions, where the teacher focuses on the basics of feeling the chi energy. However, all are welcome to join in the mixed level noon class. Come to whichever session you can, and you’ll leave feeling revitalized and refreshed.

Please wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes.
