Pressure is growing on organisations to deliver tangible and evidence based outcomes from their investment. The Department of Health’s World Class Commissioning agenda is focusing the attention of the health economy on outcome thinking.
This intensive one day course will teach you outcome based commissioning and contracting skills. You will learn how to apply them to a range of services, in particular health and social care.
