Welcome.

Please join us as Kelley Coats of Arizona Public Service Company discusses the various electronic payment options at APS and how the choice of payment options is essential to achieving customer satisfaction.  Kelley will discuss payment options, presentment options and successful promotions.  Benefits of electronic payments including environmental awareness and the power of the bill as a promotion channel will also be discussed.

Kelley Coats, Customer Programs Department Leader, Arizona Public Service (APS) 
Kelley has ten years of experience in the electric utility industry. She joined APS in 2005 and has served in a wide variety of positions within the Marketing department. In her current role as Customer Programs Department Leader, Kelley is responsible for overseeing APS' customer facing Web site aps.com, marketing of APS' renewable programs, marketing of APS' rate plans, managing APS' customer programs including budget billing, direct debit and executing various customer outreach initiatives included the APS Annual Account Summary. Her strategic focus is driving costs out of the business via customer self-service. APS is the largest utility in Arizona serving over 1.1 million customers throughout the state.
