Spiritual Friendship: Evoking the Energy of Transformation

In the context of the energy that can flow between individuals in spiritual friendship and collective engagement, this unique experience will use a wide variety of methods to move beyond our self-deceptions and introduce a direct approach for connecting with yourself and others. At the same time our capacity to support others on the same journey as a mentor, minister, healer, leader or spiritual friend will grow in important ways.

As we incorporate new methods to see through the perceptual screens that distort our awareness and to navigate the many levels of consciousness, we will become better able to metabolize our experience, evolve our consciousness and participate in a genuine “experience of WE”. Then we begin to see the world more and more as it really is and become increasingly aware of the depth of each moment by awakening us to:

·      a deeper dimension of self-awareness,
·      a higher level of individual responsibility, and
·      the importance of spiritual friendship for our personal and collective awakening

At the same time we recognize that other people live in their own spheres of meaning.  As we become more skilled at seeing others from the inside of their own experience, with all the perceptual distortions they have accumulated in a lifetime, a new level of compassion unfolds. This facilitates a transcendence of our ego-centric identities and an opening of our hearts, increasing our capacities for deep listening and transparent communication.

As we simultaneously explore the individual and collective fields of consciousness, we will share the mystic journey at the heart of all spiritual traditions, touching the timeless void and experiencing the original Ground of Being. This super-conscious, transcendent level of awareness can accelerate opening to new modes of interpretation and new levels of consciousness, awaken a burning desire to take part in the evolutionary process, and impel us to find an authentic expression of our unique gifts and apply these gifts in concrete ways in the world.

Thomas Hübl is a contemporary spiritual teacher with an uncompromising clarity on the importance of spiritual friendship and the potential to create an enlightened “Culture of WE”. Thomas is the initiator of the Celebrate Life Festival and the Synchronised Humanity Tour. He founded the Academy of Inner Science in 2008, creating a space for the exploration of contemporary mysticism, which directly contributes to a waking culture.
