We're heading back to Veritas to enjoy their patio and delicious food, and to say farewell to summer!  We will be having a BBQ-inspired menu to taste along with a great selection of wines from the cellar (plus perhaps some treats purchased especially for the event.

Wines we'll be featuring include:
                   Silver Oak 2003 Alexander
                   Joseph Phelps 2005 Cab
                   Justin 2005 Isosceles
                   Kenwood 2005 Jack London Cab
                   Hitching Post Pinot Noir 2006

We will also have some of the recently acquired New York wines and possibly some new whites.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ AND ACKNOWLEDGE THE FOLLOWING RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT (" Agreement") WHEN PURCHASING YOUR TICKETS:

The laws of the Province of Ontario apply & I hereby certify that I (we) or any guests are of legal drinking age, 19 years or older.

By purchasing tickets, the purchaser(s) hereby agrees to accept, uphold and be governed by this Agreement.

I (we) take full responsibility for actions arising from the amount of alcohol consumed at all Society for American Wines (SAW) tastings, meetings and events, and accept same for those guests for whom tickets have been purchased. 

I (we) hereby release SAW and its directors from any damages caused by accident or incident, and agree to save SAW and its directors completely harmless and indemnify them from any damage/injury to person or property arising from attendance and/or participation at any SAW tastings, meetings and events and agree to voluntarily assume any risks associated with same.  Specifically, I (we) waive the right to seek damages of any sort from SAW and its directors.

I (WE) HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS AND FREELY ACCEPT IT TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT OR ASSURANCE OF ANY NATURE.  NOTWITHSTANDING THAT IF ANY PORTION OF THIS AGREEMENT IS HELD TO BE INVALID, THE BALANCE SHALL CONTINUE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
