Under our policy food vendors are limited to the number and type. all grease must be properly deposed of in barrels provided or vendor will be immediately ejected from event. Food Vendors must supply their own electric. Proof of Insurance is required. Vendors must supply their complete set-up i.e. tables, chairs, tent and electric. Early registration is $75 and will be charged with an additional online processing service fee. Walk-ins will be charged the flat rate of $75 until Oct 25, 2011 at which time prices will change. All vending space purchases are final, non-transferable and non-refundable. Full payment is required to reserve a vending space. There will be NO MUSIC PLAYED in any form form any booth, without special written permission from event management. Speakers of any kind are not permitted in any booth. No counterfeit merchandise such as knockoff versions of tapes, clothing or other items will be permitted. 4. Vendors participate at their own risk and take full responsibility for all of their products and equipment, personal safety, lost and sales.
