Event Details

In partnership with Physicians for Reproductive Choice and Health, Wisconsin Health Professsionals for Reproductive Care (HPRC) will be hosting an Advocacy Day at the Capitol for all interested health professionals on October 25th from 9am-Noon.

As a health care professional, you are in a unique position to speak on behalf or your colleagues and the patients you serve. At this critical juncture for reproductive health policy in Wisconsin, voices of health care professionals become incredibly important for ensuring quality reproductive health care remains accessible for Wisconsin patients.

This Advocacy Day will include informational and training sessions in the morning where you will be given tips and tools for building advocacy into your busy lives.  You'll learn easy and effective ways to take action through participating in the legislative process, engaging in public education efforts, and working with the media to protect and support access to reproductive health care.  After this morning training session, we will schedule visits with your State Legislators to put your new skills and information into action!

We hope you'll take advantage of this incredible opportunity!
