Course Overview:
How did they do that? From the first thought to the final sale, we will focus on what goes into taking a piece of land through the development process from an idea through approvals, financing, construction and sales.
We will cover topics such as:
- What is land entitlement and what does it cost?
- How the value o f land is determined before we buy and after we offer it to the builder/public.
