SHOULD I, SHOULDN'T I? A discussion of Ethics in Minnesota Insurance and Certificates of Insurance in Minnesota

These courses have been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 3 hours for Insurance Ethics and 1 hour of Insurance Classroom continuing education. Credits will be uploaded on the completion of the class!

You would think making decisions would be easy, but that's not necessarily the case particularly in business situations. We will look at what constitutes ethics, where they come from, what they affect, and why individuals should care about ethics. Some Federal and State laws that are directed at ethical behavior will be examined. Do ethics have a cost associated with them? Yes!  

Come learn more about your own core values and the ethical decisions you make as well as to learn some laws you may have never known you were supposed to abide by.

The Ethics session will then be followed by one hour strictly devoted to dealing with Certificates of Insurance in Minnesota.  Are you using the approved form?  How do you handle the language the Risk Managers want you to use?
