SOLD OUT! Here at the Boston Wine School, we believe one of the best ways to taste wine is with food. This single session begins with a 2-hour class and wraps up with a delicious wine pairing supper that will help you understand why wine goes so well with food. We'll begin with the art of wine tasting in all its unabashed sniffing, swirling and swishing. Then the class will taste a few of the essential wines you need to know — red Bordeaux, Aussie shiraz, California chardonnay, and others. This is one of the most popular classes and a great introduction to both reds and whites. Instructor: Erika Frey
